To make it easier for yourself, you can: Make a list of all the things you worry about daily. Then you go through it and put them on one of two lists.

- My thinking
- My response to things
- The weather
- My neighbour
- The world economy
- Politicians
In this way, it is easier to work on yourself and see where you focus your time and energy every day. The more focus you have on things that you can influence the following will happen:
- You get more things done. - Your radiant energy becomes more positive. - You take more responsibility for what happens in your life. - You have more control over how you react to things.
